FTP Clients

Listed below is the information you need if you are using an FTP Application to access our servers.

(Note: Most browsers must use an FTP Application to "Upload Files" and can view the files on our FTP Server with your login and password, but once you are connected you can not "Upload Files".)

Password: Your_Password
Port: 21

(*Note: DO NOT LOGIN AS ANONYMOUS)

Below are Instructions for Internet Explorer Users only.
To find out your Internet Explorer Version, open Internet Explorer, click Help in the Main Menu, and then About Internet Explorer")

Internet Explorer 7.0 Users:
  • Step 1 — Click the link here (ftp://ftp.promatchsolutions.com) to begin the login process.
  • Step 2 — You will be prompted to type in a "Your_Username" and "Your_Password". Once you have completed this step. Click Log On. (See Figure.01)

  • Step 3 — Once connected, in the Right Top side of the screen, click the Page button. At the bottom of the Drop Down box,you will see a menu list item named "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer" (See Figure.02)

  • Step 4 — You will be prompted one more time to put in your "Your_Username" and "Your_Password" in the designated fields. Windows should then Open up Windows Explorer at the appropiate designated spot for uploading your files. To upload a file, simply drag and drop files into that folder. (See Figure.03)

    • To login under a different account, click File, and then Login As..
Internet Explorer 6.0 Users:
  • Step 1 — Click the link here (ftp://ftp.promatchsolutions.com) to begin the login process.
  • Step 2 — You will be prompted to type in a "Your_Username" and "Your_Password". Once you have completed this step. Click Log On.
  • Step 3 — Windows should then Open up Windows Explorer at the appropiate designated spot for uploading your files. To upload a file, simply drag and drop files into that folder.
